A Godly encounter led to the design of a holiday home for an amazing family.

This corner stand in Pezula Golf Estate is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, has beautiful coastal thicket and proved to have wonderful design potential with views to the East, South and West, and amazing natural sunlight from the North.

After the site analyses was completed, it was clear that the home needed to provide a wind-protected outside area to the North, where privacy and the sun are the main elements to enjoy.  The first floor provides views towards the golf course, the ocean and the forest area to the East.  The layout provides spaces that are connected and separate simultaneously, to enable all the members of the family to enjoy every inch of the property, inside and outside.
