HOUSE WILLIAMSON:

 

The owners of this lock-up-and-go home have been holidaying in Knysna for many years and had an interesting brief which we enjoyed meeting.  They requested a low-maintenance home which will be easily rented while they are at home in England, with only one bedroom, one bathroom and a total maximum floorspace of 65 sqm.  This was a wonderful process of design to create a minimalistic space which meets their needs in every way.  The owners now rent the property to many travellers during the seasons when they aren’t in Knysna, but when they themselves live in this holiday home it provides the perfect base and place of rest for their active and outdoor lifestyle.
